Randy Orton vs. Batista: Orton controls most of the beginnings parts of the match, taking it to Batista both on
the inside and outside of the ring but all the while keeping a close eye on the lurking Triple H at ringside. When they get
back in, Batista takes control and then slows the match down with a reverse chinlock. Minutes later, Triple H is caught interfering
and is consequently banished to the back by the referee as we head to another commercial. After several near falls, the finish
sees Orton simply roll up Batista for the victory.
Backstage, Randy Orton is with his three other partners - Maven, Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho talking about his victory
and wanting to win at Survivor Series. Before they can say much, an enraged Batista attacks them all and everyone is restrained
and separated by several officials.
During the main event of the night between Edge and Chris Benoit, Triple H and Batista came down to ringside to watch the
match. A few minutes later, Randy Orton, Chris Jericho, and Maven made their way down to ringside in support of their teammate,
Chris Benoit.
Benoit gets Edge in the Crippler Crossface and at this point, all hell breaks loose. Snitsky comes in and clears the ring.
The four members of Triple H's team remained in the ring. Once again, Team Orton entered the ring, clearing all members of
Triple H's team from the ring. What team will get charge of Raw for four weeks? Tune in to Survivor Series on Sunday to find
out.

Maven is walking backstage and enters the Evolution locker room. Maven reminds them of what happened last
week and gives them a warning. Batista says that nothing is going to happen to Evolution but something is going to happen
to him. Flair tells him that nobody enters the Evolution locker room and before he can continue, Maven is joined by Chris
Jericho and Randy Orton. Jericho offers to let them take on the locker room right now. Orton tells them to stop worrying about
everyone else and start worrying about their match at Survivor Series because with Eric's stipulation, Evolution may not have
a future.
Later on in the night, The Coach and Bischoff are interrupted by Ric Flair and Batista. Flair thinks Bischoff’s
crazy for creating the stipulation for the Survivor Series match. Flair demands he revoke the stipulation, but the answer
is no. Bischoff wants to give the power back to the superstars, but Evolution wants Bischoff to keep his power. He creates
a six man tag match between Triple H, Ric Flair, and Batista vs. Jericho, Maven, and Orton. However, Triple H isn’t
there tonight. If Triple H shows up, then it’s all good, but if not, then it’s a handicap match.
The main event of the evening turned out to be a handicap match as Triple H was not in the building. Randy
Orton, Chris Jericho and Maven basically dominated the entire match each taking their turns beating on Flair and Batista.
Near the end of the match, Triple H's music hits and Flair gets a huge smile on his face, only to have it taken a way a minute
later when he realized that it was not Triple H but Tajiri, mocking Triple H. Batista ends up in the middle of the ring after
Flair is dropkicked outside. Maven gets his finisher on Batista as Jericho follows it up with the Lionsault. Orton signals
for the RKO and connects it to score the win.

Eric Bischoff came out at the beginning of the night and said that he was taking the night off and that he
was going to leave the inmates to run the asylum. After he left, Evolution headed down to ringside. Triple H got on the mic
saying that Evolution was in charge for the rest of the evening. Triple H told his best friend, Ric Flair, that he could have
anything he wanted tonight. Ric Flair said that he wanted Randy Orton again. He said that Randy was not a Legend Killer and
that he only won the match at Taboo Tuesday because of luck. Triple H then ordered a match with Ric Flair against Randy Orton.
Randy Orton came out and said that he doesn't take orders from anybody. He told Hunter that he wanted a World
Title Shot. Hunter said that since he was in a good mood that he would humor him. He said he can have the title shot that
he wants. However, in order to get the title shot, he had to beat "The Nature Boy" tonight.
Randy said that he beat Flair before and he will beat him again. He said, "You say to be The Man, you have
to beat The Man? Well, I beat The Man last Tuesday, so what does that make me? The Man!"
Hunter told Orton that he would pencil him in as the challenger at Survivor Series. He said however, if Orton
loses the match against Flair tonight, then he would never get another title shot as long as he is champion.
Hunter continued on saying that he planned on being champion for a very long time. Flair screamed at Orton
that real Legend Killer's don't back down. Hunter asked him if he wanted to let it all ride. Orton thought about it for a
moment but then told Hunter that he had a deal.
The main event of the night was Randy Orton vs. Ric Flair in a rematch from Taboo Tuesday. After both men
head to ringside, the match gets under way. Orton stares down Flair, the look of determination apparent on his face. This
is a match that Orton cannot afford to lose.
This was a good back and forth match with Flair focusing mostly on Orton's injured knee. When it looked as
though Orton was going to win the match, Batista came down to ringside distracting the referee. Hunter took this opportunity
to nail Orton with a chair shot to his back allowing Flair to get the 3 count.
After the match is over, Flair and Triple H are backing up the ramp, but Maven, Benoit, and Jericho come back
out and they send Triple H and Flair running like a scalded dog. Before they can escape, they are met by Hurricane, Rosey,
and Eugene. They try another corner only to find Rhyno, Tajiri, and Shelton Benjamin.
Evolution has been cornered in the ring and Flair backs up into Randy Orton. Flair turns around and the look
is priceless. Flair is hit with an RKO and Triple H tries to escape, but the faces grab him and toss him back into the ring.
He pleads for mercy, but the crowd is alive more than they ever have been as a dish of poetic justice is about to be served.
Triple H goes after Maven, but Maven blocks it and punches him. Benoit connects with the rolling Germans,
followed by Jericho with his Lionsault, and Orton gets pumped up. Benoit, Jericho, and Maven lift up Triple H and after a
moment, Randy Orton then delivers the RKO. Orton's music hits and he celebrates as Raw goes off the air. However, with Flair
winning the match tonight, Orton will never get another title shot as long as Triple H is champion.

Monday Night RAW Results - 10/18/2004
The third match of the night was Randy Orton and Chris Jericho vs. Batista and Ric Flair. Before the match got under way,
Orton and Flair exchanged some word with Orton eager to get his hands on Flair.
Jericho & Batista started things off with Jericho quickly getting the upper hand by dropkicking Batista into a corner.
Jericho rams his shoulder into Batista’s gut, but Batista comes back with clubs to the back. He chokes Jericho with
his leg and tags in Flair.
Jericho tags in Orton and Orton is amped up and ready to go. Flair takes Orton down with chops, but Orton fires back with
punches. The two continue to exchange blows and Orton is pretty intense as he takes it to Flair. However, Flair hits a thumb
to the eye and tosses Orton out. Jericho is in the ring and Flair beats the hell out of him. Orton ambushes Flair from behind
and clears the ring before going to commericial.
Back to RAW, Jericho tries to get Batista in the Walls, but Flair interrupts him and Jericho goes after Flair. Batista
capitalizes on this opportunity and proceeds to beat Y2J down. Flair is tagged in and he chops Jericho followed by a punch
to Jericho’s face.
Batista is tagged in and he goes to work on Y2J’s back. Batista suplexes Jericho and he goes for a pin, but Jericho
kicks out. Batista puts Jericho in a Camel Clutch. but Jericho is able to grab the ropes.
Flair is tagged back in and the two exchange blows. Jericho tries for a backslide, but Flair kicks out. More chops from
the two wrestlers and Batista is tagged in. He continues to work on his back as Jericho lies in the ropes. Batista sends Jericho
into a corner via a hard Irish whip and then picks him up into a bearhug.
Jericho tries to fight his way out, but Batista slams him down. He picks him up and tosses Jericho out of the ring. Flair
is on the outside trying to attack Jericho, but he delivers a back drop to Flair.
Batista is still working on Jericho and as he goes for a back suplex, Jericho flips over and delivers the climbing enziguiri
to his head. Both men are down and Jericho finally tags in Randy Orton. He cleans the ring with Flair and delivers a powerslam.
Orton goes for a pin, but Batista breaks it up. Jericho is tagged back in and he goes up top. He hits a flying cross body
on Batista, but he’s not legal.
Flair is hit with a Jericho bulldog and just when you think he’s going for a Lionsault, he hits a springboard dropkick
on Batista. All hell breaks loose as Orton comes in and goes for the RKO, but the ref is taken out and Flair hits a low blow
on Orton. Jericho goes for the Walls on Flair and he taps, but the ref is still out. Batista runs in and clotheslines Jericho.
Flair locks in the Figure Four and Jericho comes to as the ref counts to two, however, Jericho is forced to tap out.

Randy Orton headed to the ring as J.R. said he would be on the Jimmy Kimmel Show Friday night. Orton said
he had mixed emotions about his Taboo Tuesday match. He'd idolized Ric Flair all his life. On one hand, Flair cost him the
World Heavyweight Championship and for that, Orton would get even. But he said it was hard to be angry at the shell of a man
that Flair had become. Orton wanted to face the legendary Ric Flair.
Right on cue, Flair's music hit and he came out to contradict Orton. He said Orton looked good in his custom-made
suits and his new Rolex watch. It was a sign of success, but Flair was still the man. He was the original limousine-riding,
jet flying, son of a gun.
Flair continued on saying that Orton was great, but he was not a Legend Killer. He said that on Taboo Tuesday,
he would take it all away from him. He told Orton that if he did manage to beat him, he would let him ride in the limo and
have a couple of Flair's ladies just to be nice.
Orton said he had his own limo and his own ladies. He told Flair that he was the one that put him in this
position. He named him the Legend Killer. He promised that after next Tuesday, Flair would respect him.

RAW - 10/4/2004
The night began with Ric Flair and Triple H walking down to ringside. After Ric Flair gave his speech about Triple H not
being the greatest wrestler alive today but the greatest wrestler of all time, he shifted his attention to Randy Orton. He
mentioned that Orton had been barred from the building for his own safety by Eric Bischoff. Flair then announced that he'd
be facing Orton at Taboo Tuesday with fans deciding the stipulation.
Later on in the evening Batista faced Benoit, with Ric Flair in his corner. During the match Randy Orton came down to ringside,
attacking both Flair and Batista. Orton managed to tackle Flair to the floor before Bischoff called in security to hall him
off. Batista jumped the guards so they could get a few more shots in to Randy but order was quickly restored and Randy was
halled out of the building.
When we came back from break, Bischoff was in the ring and assured the audience that Orton had been successfully removed
from the building.
The final match of the evening was Jericho vs. Triple H with all the men that would be up to get a shot at Jericho's belt,
being lumberjacks. Triple H won the match but it quickly turned into an all-out brawl. Randy Orton returned once again and
joined in. Randy basically RKO'd anyone in his path including the Coach. As the show went off the air, he posed on the top
rope.

WWE Live Raw from Kansas City, MO - 9/27/04
Bischoff proceeded to announce the four choices to face Triple H at Taboo Tuesday:
(1) Shawn Michaels (2) Chris Benoit (3) Edge (4) Randy Orton.
Bischoff continued by saying tonight Orton would have to earn his way onto the ballot in a no disqualification match with
Batista. If Orton didn't win, he'd be out of contention.
Later in the night...(6) Batista over Randy Orton. Good start by Orton, but Batista soon got the advantage. J.R. pointed
out that Flair was not at ringside. Orton was wobbly from the continued beating, but began to battle back and took Batista
off his feet. With each move he grew stronger, but was distracted as Triple H made his way to the ring. Orton had Batista
covered, but Triple H hopped into the ring and pulled Orton off.
Triple H grabbed a chair and was ready to smack Orton with it when Ric Flair came to the ring. It was unclear who he was
there for. Then he grabbed the chair, slowly turned...and hit Orton with it. Batista then Batista Bombed him and went
for the pin therefore getting the win.
''The Legends'' stood over the Legend Killer as the show went off the air. Randy Orton is now out of the running for
a shot at Triple H at Taboo Tuesday. So much for audience participation....

Randy letting Vince know that his match tonight will end with the 3 sweetest letters : R K O. =) |
RAW 9-20-2004 Results!
Randy Orton, reading Raw Magazine backstage, is confronted by Mr. McMahon. He basically tells Randy that "Reality sucks".
One moment you're on top of the world, and then the next day, poof, it's all gone. Randy Orton swears that the next time he's
on the cover of Raw magazine he will be the Heavyweight Champion. He told Vince that it was his Destiny. Vince says that Orton
has a chance to impress the fans and prove that he deserves the opportunity to face H at Taboo Tuesday. Orton cuts him off
and tells him that he is going to prove it. He said that the main event of the night is going to be decided by the 3 sweetest
letters in wrestlng today, R-K-O.
The main event of the evening was the 6-man tag match of Randy Orton, Chris Benoit and Shelton Benjamin vs. Evolution.
The match began with Hunter vs. Benjamin. Benoit and Flair tagged in next. They both exchanged their usual chops and Flair
did his face first bump. Benoit tried to finish him off with the top rope headbutt but Hunter jumped in the ring to break
it up. At this point all six men came into the ring.
Randy and Hunter's fight headed out to ringside. Randy went for an RKO but Hunter blocked in, slamming him into the ringpost.
Batista then nailed Orton with an running clotheline. Benoit and Benjamin checked on Orton at ringside, who wasn't moving.
Randy was knocked unconscious.
After the break it was announced that Randy had still been unconscious and was helped to the back. The match continued
as a Handicap Match, Evolution with the 3-on-2 advantage. Benjamin took a beating for a while but finally managed to tag in
Benoit. He suplexed Flair and then locked on a Crippler Crossface. Hunter interfered before Flair tapped out. Benoit suplexed
everyone, and then put Flair in a Sharpshooter. Batista broke it up with a spinebuster. Benjamin clotheslined Batista over
the top rope, sailing over the top rope with him.
The end came when Orton came back down to ringside tagging himself in by tapping Benoit on the back. He punched away at
Hunter, then dropkicked Batista out of the ring, then clotheslined Hunter out of the ring. This left Flair in the ring. Randy
sized him up and just as promised earlier in his conversation with Mr. McMahon, he hit him with the R-K-O! He then covered
Flair for the 3 count. Randy celebrated in the ring as Raw went off the air.

RAW Preview- 9/20/2004
Ground Breaking
Last week on Monday Night RAW, Chris Benoit and a returning Shelton Benjamin helped Randy Orton fend off all three members
of Evolution. As a result, a huge six-man tag team match has been announced for Monday's RAW. It will be World Heavyweight
Champion Triple H, Ric Flair and Batista vs. Shelton Benjamin and former World Heavyweight Champions Chris Benoit and Randy
Orton.

Suprise Party 9-13-04
Just hours removed from defeating Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Championship at Unforgiven, Triple H
had a celebration thrown in his honor, complete with six sexy women, confetti, streamers and a giant cake.
During the celebration, The Game announced that he who laughs last laughs best, obviously talking about defeating
the former Evolution member. What he didn't realize, however, was that Orton would be the one laughing last on this night.
Thinking another beautiful girl would be popping out of the over-sized cake, Triple H walked towards it. Much
to the surprise of Evolution, Orton jumped out and attacked the trio. The move left Triple H a frosty mess, as he landed face
first into the cake. WATCH: 56k | 100k | 300k
But that's not all. With the deck stacked firmly against him, Randy Orton took to the ring for a Handicap Match
against all three members of the mighty Evolution, Triple H, Ric Flair and the animal Batista. On paper, it looked like Orton
was about to get the beating of his young career. Rather, a returning Shelton Benjamin and the "Rabid Wolverine" Chris Benoit
accelerated to the ring to even up the score. By night's end, it was Orton, along with Benjamin and Benoit, standing tall,
while Evolution left the arena beaten and battered. WATCH: 56k | 100k | 300k

Randy after RKOing Kane to get out of the Steel Cage. |
Early on in the night, Todd Grisham interviewed Randy Orton regarding facing Kane in the TV main event just six days
before facing Triple H at Unforgiven. Randy said that his only concern was Triple H. He said at Unforgiven, the world will
learn that the three most dominant letters on Raw aren't H-H-H, but R-K-O.
Orton faced Kane for the main event of the evening. The match didn't last very long because Orton gave Kane
a low blow resulting in a disqualification. Triple H came out to ringside, clearly upset over the whole thing. Bischoff came
out and it was declared that this match would continue in a steal cage, thanks to Triple H. Randy was clearly livid.
They returned from commercial break with Kane beating up Randy inside the steel cage. Kane continued to beat
on Randy when he came back with a stiff chairshot and an RKO.
As Kane was layed out in the middle of the ring, Randy attempted to escape the steel cage. Hunter attempted
to prevent Randy from escaping but Randy blindsided H by ramming the cage door open into his face and jumping to the floor
for the win.
However, his celebration was shortlived as the rest of Evolution made their way to ringside, attacking Orton
from behind. He was thrown into the ring but managed to fend them off with a chair. Kane then came to life and the odds really
began to go against him. He threw the chair at H and managed to get out of the cage unscathed. The referee raised Orton's
hand in victory as Raw went off the air. There is really going to be hell to pay come Sunday at Unforgiven.

KANE VS. ORTON
Sept. 6, 2004
First, Randy Orton spit in the face of Triple H.
And if that wasn’t enough, the WWE Champion then cost the The Game an easy victory over Eugene by interfering
with a sledgehammer on the latest RAW.
Indeed, it’s been a busy couple of weeks for The Legend Killer, who now better shift his focus away from
Evolution and direct it toward Kane. The Big Red Newlywed will face Orton on RAW (9/8 CT on Spike TV) in Sacramento Monday.
And Kane doesn’t figure to be in a good mood after learning his new bride Lita secretly signed the Big Red Monster
up for a match with Shawn Michaels at Unforgiven.
Of course, Orton probably had this coming. He didn’t exactly endear himself to Eric Bischoff, who booked the match
just moments after Orton dropped the business end of that sledgehammer on the RAW GM’s foot.
Also, the $250,000 RAW Diva Search gets real serious as there are only four contestants remaining. Tune in to see who gets
cut this week.

WWE`s RAW Report
ORTON BECOMES THE HUNTER August 30, 2004
According to Triple H, Randy Orton's success is a product of The Game's tutelage and being a member of Evolution.
Orton would be absolutely nothing if it wasn't for Triple H's influence. On Monday night, the World Heavyweight Champion did
not necessarily disagree. Orton claimed that he did, in fact, learn from Evolution. One of the most important lessons he learned
was to never let anybody know what he is thinking.
Orton's claims infuriated The Game. Then Orton managed to make Triple H even more upset. The World Heavyweight
Champion showed a picture of himself pinning Chris Benoit for the title at SummerSlam - something Orton did all by himself,
and something that Triple H has never done.
The cocky World Heavyweight Champion then told The Game that he wanted a piece of him right then and there,
however, Orton was out-manned, as Triple H had Batista and Ric Flair with him. In an attempt to even the score, Orton did
something very Triple H-esque - he brought a sledgehammer to the ring. All members of Evolution quickly retreated to safety.
[VIDEO: 56k | 100k | 300k] But that wasn't the last time Evolution would run into the sledgehammer-wielding Randy Orton on Monday night. During
the night's main event, pitting Triple H against Eugene in a no disqualification battle, Orton attacked The Game, leaving
him easy prey for Eugene. [VIDEO: 56k | 100k | 300k]

Next Weeks RAW
Last night on RAW Bischoff rewarded Randy Orton for dropping a sludgehammer on his foot with a match next week with Kane.
So next week it will be Kane vs. Randy Orton. I don't think the Heavyweight Championship is on the line though, but still
tune it to see Randy in action.
RAW Results: 8-23-2004
Triple H, accompanied by the rest of Evolution, came out to the ring. Triple H, Batista, and Batista were in the ring
and Triple H demanded that Randy Orton come out, lay down and give him what is rightfully his, the heavyweight championship
belt. If he made the right decision Triple H and Evolution would let him live one more day above ground and that Evolution
would forget that Randy Orton even existed. :Evolution`s music hits: You see Randy come out with belt in hand. He walks slowly.
He gets to the stairs, looks right, looks left and Batista is on one side on the stairs and Ric Flair is on the other. He
came into the ring and Triple H said "Hand Me The Belt", "Hand Me That Belt, Dammit!" and threw the mic. Randy put his belt
in his hands and put in in front of Triple H. Triple H then tried to take it, but Randy pulled back. Triple H pulled again
and randy pulled back again. Then he spit in the face of "The Game" Triple H. He then stood there with a smile on his face
and when Triple H came back at him he hit him with the belt and ran out of the ring. Triple H ran to the turnbuckle and was
yelling "Orton, Orton, Orton you`re a dead man", and Randy was up the stairs already and was up there at the top shaking his
head with an evil look as people were cheering and held his belt up high. Triple H then went backstage and demanded that he
get a shot at Randy's title. Bischoff said he will get his shot at Unforgiven. Want to watch it happen? http://repository.wwe.com/asx/raw/082304randy300.asx

Orton Becomes The Hunter
Evolution came out to start the night off. H grabbed the mic and basically took credit for recreating the Nature Boy, who
made the animal Batista and finally, for creating Randy Orton. He said that Randy was his pet project. He molded Randy into
the star that he was today. He honed him into somebody that would take over for Triple H some day. However, he wasn't ready
to pass the torch yet. He said that instead of showing him his respect and gratitude, Orton spit in his face. He demanded
that Orton come down to ringside.
Randy came out in a suit, his new music blaring in the background. He told H not to call him Randy Orton but Champ. Orton
admitted that H had made him into what he is today and he thanked him for it. But Triple H had gained something in the bargain.
Evolution was not about past, present and future. It was about them protecting Triple H. He said once Batista and Flair figured
that out, they could "detach their lips from his ass."
H agreed to that but then said that it was that way because he made Evolution. He also claimed that Orton would not have
the title belt if it weren't for Evolution.
In turn, Orton showed Triple H that he beat Chris Benoit all by himself, something that H could never do. He said that
H taught him to always keep them guessing. He knew that everyone expected him to head down to ringside pouting to hand over
the belt to Triple H. Yet instead, he made his own decision and that was spit in Triple H's face. Orton said if Triple H wanted
a piece of him, that he wasn't about to wait until Unforgiven. He said that he wouldn't mind kicking his ass right now.
Orton began to peel of his clothes, then said he wanted to bring a friend of his own to equalize the members of Evolution
in the ring. He went behind the curtain and came out with a sledgehammer. He headed down to ringside and swung the sledgehammer
at H but missed. He chased the remaining members of Evolution around the ring but they all managed to get away.
After the break, General Manager Eric Bischoff wasn't too happy with Orton's behavior and had security escort him out of
the building. Bischoff ordered Orton to give him the sledgehammer, and Orton handed it over. Only he dropped it, right on
Bischoff's foot.
The last match of the night was Triple H against Eugene. Near the end of the match, Triple H seemed about to choke the
life out of Eugene and Triple H essentially had the match won. But Triple broke the hold and went under the ring for his sledgehammer.
As he climbed back into the ring, Randy Orton grabbed the sledgehammer and was about to strike. Triple H gave him a low blow
first, but Orton battled back and grabbed the sledgehammer again and gave Triple H a shot to the stomach. Then he looked at
the sledgehammer and put it down. Orton finished off Triple H with an RKO.
Evolution hit the ring, but Orton kept them at bay with the sledgehammer. Triple H was still out, and Orton pulled Eugene
over him for a pin, pulling one over on The Game and Evolution.
Evolution Turns On Randy
RAW: 8-16-2004
What Evolution gives, it takes away. Click here for photos!
With new World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton seconds from tapping to the Crippler Crossface, Evolution descended upon
the ring. Its presence forced Chris Benoit to break his hold and fend off the dangerous trio, allowing the Legend Killer to
connect with a match-ending RKO.
It appeared that Triple H had fulfilled his pre-match promise that “Evolution is (Orton’s) solution.”
The faction celebrated their victory in the ring — the young champion poised atop Batista’s broad shoulders. Triple
H gazed up with a grin, giving Orton the thumbs up. Then, to Orton’s surprise and horror, it became a thumbs down.
Evolution’s animal promptly dropped Orton on his back, and the onslaught that followed included a Batista Bomb and
bloody Pedigree. It was painfully clear that Orton’s SummerSlam triumph had done nothing to slow The Game’s march
toward regaining “what’s his,” namely the World Heavyweight Championship. Click here for Randy Orton's post-RAW comments.
The turn of events overshadowed a crisp, sharp, focused performance by Benoit in a contract-clause championship rematch.
An angry, ferocious Rabid Wolverine took the action to Orton early, hitting a superplex and cinching in the Sharpshooter.
But Evolution’s Monday Night RAW plans proved overwhelming for Benoit and Orton both.
